Nadeem Malik LL.M, Solicitor

Founding Figure, Sufi Guidance™

Nadeem Malik LL.M, Solicitor was a British solicitor and one of the founding figures of Sufi Guidance™, where he played a defining role in establishing the legal, structural, and organizational foundations upon which the institution was built.

From the earliest days of Sufi Guidance™, Nadeem Malik served as the organization's principal legal advisor and one of the trusted architects behind its development. A close personal friend and confidant of Raza Ali Shah Al-Abidi, provided unwavering legal counsel, strategic guidance, and steadfast support throughout the organization's formative years, helping transform its vision into a legally sound and enduring institution.

Educated in England, Nadeem Malik earned his LL.B. from the University of Wolverhampton, followed by an LL.M. from the University of Staffordshire, before completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Huddersfield. Over a legal career spanning more than twenty-five years, he developed expertise across commercial law, litigation, governance, regulatory compliance, immigration, insolvency, and family law. In 2017, he co-founded Alexander James Solicitors in Manchester, where he served as a Director and Founding Partner.

Known for his integrity, humility, and measured judgment, Nadeem Malik preferred service over recognition. His influence continues to be reflected throughout Sufi Guidance™, where many of the governance principles, legal frameworks, and institutional structures established during its formative years remain rooted in the foundations he helped create. His legacy is one of quiet leadership, steadfast loyalty, and an enduring commitment to serving others.
